We collect the personal information requested in our Websites from you (including records of your past use of our service), for the purpose of assisting enrolment processes, service provision and payments for your Health Provider.
Although we collect the above personal information, we do not retain your information on an indefinite basis (apart from names, usernames and passwords) and we pass your information on to your Health Provider. Your information is stored in accordance with your Health Provider’s policies.
Providing some of the above information is optional, but we do require a minimum amount of identifying information in order for you to be able to book an appointment.
We keep your information safe by not allowing online access to medical information, and only allowing authorised staff to access your information.
We may add information to your patient notes (directly from the information you input during the booking process), and receive appointments for booking from your patient records.
Your information will be accessible by your selected Health Provider, for the purpose of enrolling and booking an appointment. We will not pass your information onto anyone else unless required to by law, or if you have otherwise authorised us to do so.
Please note that we do not retain your medical information, this is the responsibility of your Health Provider.
You can view and correct your information through our site and your personal sign-in. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
